Here's a little circle song you can sing with your KS1 children on 'World Book Day.' Stand your children in a circle each with a book on the floor in front of them. Teach the verse and ask the children to create actions then get them to pick up their books just before the chorus and follow the instructions in the song. I'm sure there will be lots of laughs and giggles along the way.
