'Jack and the Magic Beans' has been written for an E.Y.F.S. topic 'Traditional Tales.' There are many Jack and the Beanstalk resources out there and I will definitely be using the 'Jack and the Giant' material from 'Let's Go Zudie O' an amazing listening resource from Helen Macgregor and Bobbie Gargrave but I needed a simple song for my littlies. As well as singing, creating actions and dancing to the song we will explore simple ascencing and descending scales with the Boomwhackers depicting the beanstalk growing and then being chopped down. I hope you have lots of fun with this song too.
