Here's a new take on the Nativity Story written for KS1. The clue is in the title 'Christmas Window Quiz.' Special 'Christmas Town Criers' explain the concept and the traditional story evolves as families try to guess the connection between clues left in shop windows and the nativity story. When the answer is guessed correctly different nativity scenes appear and a song relevant to that part of the story is sung. Would you be able to work out what a carrot and a nutcracker soldier had to do with the Christmas Story? Along with the cheerful songs in a variety of idioms, actions to accompany the songs and the odd dance or two a great time was had by all at St Joseph's RC Primary Hertford and Holy Family RC Primary in Welwyn Garden City.
