A charming little Nativity play for KS1 that acknowledges the secular side of the Christmas season as well as the religious. The songs are all easy to learn with lots of opportunity for your children to shine as individuals, in groups and as an ensemble. The children at St Joseph's in Hertford and Holy Family in Welwyn Garden City particularly enjoyed the song 'Stars Calling' where the regular stars mimicked the upbeat and sometimes bossy nature of the 'Special Star' who they felt was usurping them and also 'Kings Calling' where the Kings complained about their long journey singing 'Nobody said it would take this long, think that we were sitting on our camels wrong!'
