Mysterious Materials

Posted 14th March, 2020I have made slight changes to my scientific 'Materials Song' for KS2 to make it easier to sing by adding in a couple of 6/4 bars. The current Year 5 class at Abel Smith thoroughly enjoyed singing this song last term and creating ostinato accompaniments as part of their science topic on 'Materials.' We then went onto explore the materials that musical instruments were made of and created orcehstral instrument raps. Great fun was had by all.
