As the introduction says the service makes the connection between the secular symbols we see all around us from November onwards and the 'reason for the season' ...the birth of Jesus Christ on the first Christmas Day. The mixture of old and new carols, poems, rhymes, stories and children's prayers and reflections created truly thought provoking services from two schools in Hertfordshire in 2017.
